Compare gene lists

The gene list you enter will be compared to the gene lists in the database, and the overlap between the lists will be displayed.

Enter gene ids in this box and/or select a file. The first word on each line of the file is interpreted as the gene identifier and used for the comparison. If genes are entered in both the text box and in the file upload box, the genes from these two sources are combined.
